Email the developer and include your Apple TV model and what you were trying to play.
Set up playback
- Open Settings, then Shares. Enter the Plex library token and tap Connect. That token is for the shared library. Signing in with your own Plex account plays that account’s library and does not turn on the request wishlist.
- Open Settings, then Xtream. Type your live TV name, server address, username, and password, then tap Save.
- Continue Watching stays with the Apple ID on that Apple TV and syncs through iCloud. It is not taken from the Plex account.
If a title will not play
Check the Apple TV network connection, then test the Plex or live TV login again from Settings. Text subtitles appear on direct play. Image-based subtitles are not shown as on-screen text.
